Description:

2 supine tubeless PCNL (1 in morbidly obese patient, BMI 41), 1 supine tubeless miniperc in solitary kidneyileal conduit, 1 RIRS for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture 1: coronal CT scan of the 1st patient (supine PCNL): a 2cm right renal stone is showed (HU 1000)
Picture 2: coronal CT scan of the 2nd patient (supine PCNL): a 2.8 cm right renal stone is showed (HU 1200)
Picture 3: coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient (supine PCNL): a 1cm left UPJ stone is showed (HU 500)
