Description:

2 PCNLs have been carried out for renal stones, 1 in single kidneyed patient, 1 RIRS for caliceal diverticulum with renal stones.
Picture 1: coronal CT scan of the 1st patient: a 4,5cm renal stone is showed (HU 1440)
Picture 2-3: coronal CT scan of the 2nd patient: a staghorn stone on right kidney, Left kidney is completely compromised by a an unrecognized and asymptomatic ureteral stone. Serum Creatinine is 1.5.
Picture 4: coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient: renal stone within a caliceal diverticulum of the left kidney
