1 supine tubeless PCNL with an upper pole access, 2 RIRS for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully. Unforutnately during PCNL serious hearthquake has been experienced by all doctors in the OR even though without any kind of consequences.
Pictures 1-2: coronal CT scan of the 1st patient (supine PCNL): a 3,8 cm right renal stone into the infundibulum of the upper calyxi s showed (HU 1000) so that an upper pole access has been necessary
Pictures 3-4: axial CT scan of the 2nd patient (RIRS): a 2cm left upper ureter stone and 2,4 lower pole stone are showed (both HU 550 radiolucent)
Picture 5: coronal CT scan of the 3th patient (RIRS): a 1.7 left lower pole stone is showed (HU 1200)
