1 simultaneous bilateral supine PCNL (tubeless bilaterally), 2 right RIRSs for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture 1: Axial CT scan of the 1st patient ( simultaneous bilateral supine tubeless PCNL): one stone (HU 1400) of 2.5 cm in maximum diameter in the right kidney and other two stones of 2 and 1 cm in diameter in the left kidney are showed.
Picture 2: Axial CT scan of the 2nd patient (right RIRS): a 1.1 cm right renal stone in lower calyx (HU 1000 ), in a patient who underwent several previous ESWLs and one RIRS in other hospital, is showed.
Picture 3: Axial CT scan of the 3rd patient (right RIRS): a 2.5cm right renal stone (HU 1500) of upper calyx in a patient with recurrent UTIs is showed (last urinoculture was negative).
