Description:

2 left supine tubeless PCNLs (the first with upper pole access), 2 left RIRSs for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture 1: Coronal CT scan of the 1st patient (left supine tubeless PCNL): one 2.5 cm stone (HU 1200) is showed in the infundibulum of left kidney causing upper hydrocalyx
Picture 2: Coronal CT scan of the 2nd patient (left RIRS): a 1,3 cm left UPJ stone( HU1400) is showed.
Picture 3: Coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient (left RIRS): a 2.7cm alkalinization resistant left radiolucent renal stone (HU 500)
Picture 4: Coronal CT scan of 4th patient (left supine PCNL): multiple recurrent renal stones (HU 1050) in patient who -underwent previous open stone surgery and several SWLs in an other hospital are showed.
