Description:
One supine ECIRS with double percutaneous access and 2 RIRS for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture1: Axial CT scan of the 1st patient (right supine ECIRS): a complete staghorn calculus (HU 1300) is showed in the right kidney. The left 2 cm pelvis renal stone showed in the picture will be treated in a second session we avoided the simultaneous bilateral single session due to the complexity case of the first side: only JJ stent was placed
Picture 2: Axial CT scan of the 2nd patient (left RIRS): a 2 cm pelvis renal stone (HU 1400) is showed.
Picture 3: Axial CT scan of 3rd patient (left RIRS): a 1 cm pelvis renal stone (HU 1000) is showed.
