Description:

2 RIRS for urolithiasis 1 supine PCNL have been carried out have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture 1 – Coronal CT scan of the 1st patient (right RIRS): 2 renal stones (1,50.9) cm (HU 1250) are demonstrated in the lower pole
Picture 2 – Axial CT scan of the 2nd patient (left RIRS): a 1,5 cm left renal stone (HU 1300) is showed in a malrotated kidney.
Picture 3 – Coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient (right supine tubeless PCNL): a 3.5 cm right renal stone (HU 400) resistant to alkalinazation is showed. Patient was under aspirin that could not be stopped because of severe history of previous Ictus cerebri and repeted TIA.
