2 supine PCNL and 2 RIRS (one bilateral) for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture 1: Coronal CT scan of the 1st patient (left supine tubeless PCNL): a 3 cm renal stone (HU 1100) is showed.
Picture 2: Axial CT scan of the 2nd patient (right RIRS): a 1.2 cm renal stone (HU 1000) is showed in a patient with solitary kidney.

Picture 4: Axial and coronal CT scan of the 4th patient (right PCNL with challenging intercostal upper pole paraeaptic access) : a 4 cm upper pole stone (HU 700) is showed in a patient with recurrent UTIs and encrusted ureteral stent placed in another hospital 1 year before for severe urosepsis.
