Description:
One supine tubeless PCNL and 4 RIRSs for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture1: Axial CT scan of the 1st patient (left supine PCNL): a 3 cm pelvis renal stone and multiple calculi of the lower calyx (HU 500) are showed in a patient resistent to alkanilization therapy.
Picture 2: Axial CT scan of the 2nd patient (right RIRS): a 1.2 cm renal stone (HU 1400) is showed in a patient who previously underwent several ESWLs in another hospital.
Picture 3: Axial CT scan of the 3rd patient (left RIRS): a 1.5 pelvis renal stone and 1.2 calculus of the lower calyx (HU 1000) are showed in a patient who previously underwent several ESWLs.
Picture 4: Axial CT scan of the 4th patient (left RIRS ) : a 2 cm stone of the lower calyx (HU 800) is showed.
Picture 5: Axial CT scan of 5th patients (left RIRS): a 1 cm stone (HU 900) of the lower calyx is showed in a patient who previously underwent unsuccessful RIRS in another hospital
