1 simultaneous bilateral supine PCNL (tubeless on left side), 2 left RIRSs for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully
Picture 1: Coronal CT scan of the 1st patient ( simultaneous bilateral supine PCNL): one stone (HU 1400) of 3.5 cm in maximum diameter is showed in the left kidney and two stones of1.5 cm and 1 cm of diameter (HU 1300) are visualized in the right kidney.
Picture 2: Coronal CT scan of the 2nd patient (left RIRS): a 1.7 cm left renal stone is showed (HU 1000 ) in a patient who underwent previous multiple treatments for renal stones.
Picture 3: coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient (left RIRS): a 1.5cm left renal stone (HU 1300) and multiple calculi in a calyceal diverticulum are showed
