Description:
One supine PCNL with double access , 1 left RIRS, 1 left URS with Backstop gel for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture 1: Coronal and axial CT scan of the 1st patient (supine PCNL with double access in upper and lower calyx): staghorn calculi of 5 cm of maximum diameter (HU 1200) is showed in the right kidney.
Picture 2: Coronal CT scan of the 2nd patient (left RIRS): a 1 cm left renal stone is showed (HU 600), in patient who underwent previous ESWL
Picture 3: Axial CT scan of the 3rd patient (left URS with Backstop gel): a 1 cm pelvic ureteral stone is showed
