Description:
1 supine tubeless PCNL and 3 RIRS for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture 1: Coronal CT scan of the 1st patient (right supine PCNL): a 4.5 cm stone (HU 1200) of the right pelvis is showed.
Picture 2: Axial CT scan of the 2nd patient (right RIRS): a 1.5 cm right lower pole stone is showed in a patient who previously underwent multiple ESWLs in an other hospital .
Picture 3: Axial CT scan of the 3rd patient (left RIRS): a subcentimetric stone in the UPJ is showed. This patient underwent left RIRS for renal stone of 2 cm in diameter 3 months ago during UAS placement a III grade ureteral lesion of the UPJ occurred. Today the stone was stuck in a recess under the mucosa of the UPJ, surfacing only just a little into the lumen.
Picture 4: Axial CT scan of the 4th patient (left RIRS): a 1 cm left renal stone (HU 1300) is showed in a patient who unsuccessfully underwent a RIRS and multiple ESWLs in a other hospital.
