1 left supine tubeless PCNL, 2 RIRSs for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.

Picture 2: Axial CT scan of the 2nd patient (right RIRS): an ESWL resistant 1,8 cm (HU1400) right renal stone is showed.
Picture 3: Coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient (left RIRS): a 1.7cm (HU1600) renal stone in solitary kidney is showed. Patient had already undergone one ureteroscopic push-up3 ESWLs in an other hospital.
