Description:

Two supine tubeless PCNLs , 1 RIRS and one URS with Backstop gel for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.82328232
Picture 1: Coronal CT scan of the 1st patient (right supine tubelessPCNL): a 3 cm pelvis renal stone (HU 900) is showed.
Picture 2: Coronal CT scan of the 2nd patient (right supine tubeless PCNL): a 2.5 cm pelvis renal stone (HU 500) is showed in a patient resistent to alkalinization therapy, who underwent right PCNL 3 years ago.
Picture 3: Coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient (right RIRS): a 1.2 UPJ stone (HU 1000) is showed.
Picture 4: Coronal CT scan of the 4th patient (left URS ) : a 6 mm pelvic ureteral stone is showed in a patient with recurrent renal colics.
