About Course

Description:

2 supine PCNL (1 in horse shoe kidney), 2 RIRS (1 bilateral) have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture 1: axial unenhanced CT scan of the 1st patient (supine PCNL): a 3 cm right renal stone (HU 1400) is showed in the right system of a horse shoe kidney.
Picture 2: axial unenhanced CT scan of the 2nd patient ( RIRS): a 2,2 cm renal stone (HU 1450) is showed in the right kidney.
Picture 3: Coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient (supine PCNL): 2,4 cm renal stone is showed in the left kidney (HU 1450) in a patient truly motivated toward single session solution.
Picture 4: Coronal CT scan of the 4th patient (bilateral RIRS): multiple bilateral small renal stones are showed in the left in a patient truly motivated toward surgical solution due to his usual business travel worldwide
