2 supine PCNLs and 2 right RIRSs for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully.
Picture 1: Coronal CT scan of the 1st patient ( right supine tubeless PCNL): a single 3 cm right renal stone is showed (HU 1200) .
Picture 2: Axial CT scan of the 2nd patient (left supine tubeless PCNL): 3 cm left renal stone (HU 1300) is showed.
Picture 3: Coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient (right RIRS II look): a 1.5 cm right renal stone (HU 1100) and other some millimetrics residual fragments in lower calyx in a patient who underwent previous RIRS for huge stone are showed.
Picture 4: Axial CT scan of the 4th patient (right RIRS): a 1 cm right proximal ureteral stone is showed.
