About Course

Description:

2 supine PCNL, 2 RIRS for urolithiasis have been carried out uneventfully
picture 1: coronal CT scan of the 1st patient (RIRS shifted to supine PCNL): a 2,5cm (HU 900) with Positive urine culture x Klebsiella
picture 2: Coronal CT scan of the 2nd patient (RIRS): a 2cm 8 mm left renal stone is showed (HU 1150)
picture 3: Coronal CT scan of the 3rd patient (RIRS): 2 renal stones resistant to alcalinazation are showed (HU 450)
Picture 4-5: coronal CT scan of the 4th patient (PCNL): multiple radiolucent left renal stones resistant to alcalinization are showed (HU 450). At the end theprocedure has been characterized by a significant venous bleeding: Final pyelography showed renal vein fully contrastated. Postoperative course has been uneventfull.
